Carrot smoothie

Ingredients

  • 4 carrots
  • 4 oranges
  • Water
  • 1 piece of ginger

Directions

1 -/Peel the oranges and ginger. Remove the fibrous parts of citrus fruits. Scrape the carrots and remove the ends. Cut the fruits and vegetables into pieces. Put them in the blender with the ginger slices and mix until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous mixture.Add 75 cl of water to help mix everything well and obtain a texture smoothie and not puree. Add a little water if you feel the texture is too thick. Pour your smoothie into bottles and store it in the fridge for up to 3 days. I advise you to consume it very fresh.
